Paid R500 to this company for re-gass, fitting of thermostat and new pipes for my broken fridge. They promise 8 month guarentee on parts and labour. A week later, fridge does not work. Our banister has been loose since we have moved in over a year ago. Well, it broke on12/21 off the wall and my husband fell down the stairs. We told them about it when we first moved in but they didn't do anything about it. Floors to Go's installers were great, they did a good job installing hardwood stairs and hall plus one bedroom, as well as carpet in the other 3 bedrooms. Alarman's prices are extremely high, we were quoted R22000 to fix our alarm which is only worth about R12000.00. It takes them days to fix something. They also charge you full price for computer software for your alarm but don't give you the originals which is what you paid for, but copies of the software, this is fraud and totally unacceptable.
