I was told I had a credit on my account and I asked for a refund. They told me it would take 6 weeks to process. I saw my Dr. for a routine well check. We discussed my health and she thought it wise to do a colonscopy. I agreed since my policy said that it was covered and the deductible waived. Just to be safe I called Allegiance and verified that it was a covered procedure, and I told the agent that it stated in my policy that deductible was waived. I just received an EOB from Allegiance saying that it is covered but subject to deductible. I sent in an appeal and they came back with some copies of some state laws about age. I bought a pair of shoes at Truworths Bayside Mall with my credit card. Next day I went shopping, wore them for about an hour, went back home when I noticed that the right shoe made terrible cracks on the upper. His office lead me to believe that I would be covered by insurance to try a procedure that would allow a porcelain container to be ankered against my two rear teeth. Ok so her is the issue, I was charged 2.98 for just two Double stack sandwiches only. I order just those items. Both Drive thru and indoor menu price was 99 cents! I recently bought a black pair of Levi 550 jeans and after the second time washing them in cold water the color faded out so bad that there are light lines through out the material making them to appeared marbled. This company has extremely poor service. I have been there 6 times and 3 of the times I have had an awful experience. Two of these times the nurse that was putting my needle in stuck it in too far and gave me a hematoma both times. The other bad experience I had was I checked in and they checked my vitals and temperature and all that and then they made me sit back down for 45 minutes before someone came up and told me that they had entered my information wrong and I wouldn't be able to donate that day.
