I brought a purse into this cleaners to have DRY Cleaned and they washed it and ruined it. The purse was still damp when I went to pick it up and they denied any wrong doing and refused to compromise with me so I filed a small claims case and in their response they defamed me, calling me a liar, saying I looked "suspicious" and they lied in their response. Whilst in Telford I was desperate for a haircut beofre a wedding the next day but being on job seekers had meant I had to put it off, so my hair was badly damaged. I ordered 4 packages of dog treats which should last 6 months to find that they shipped merchandise that will expire in 2 months. They refused to pay return shipping charges claiming that the food was not expired when it arrived. They cite their policy which I have never seen. When will these people realize that certain children are being abused? Heres the story this lady has 3 kids. First her second born at 2 months gets a fractured arm. I have ordered ugg boots, didn´t got a confirmation mail but still received the shoes after 10 days. I have worn them max. 10 days and they are already broken. The sole of the left shoe is dissolving, there is a whole in the left shoe and I had soaking wet feet after 10 min. Even if they r not the original ugg boots, material should last longer then only 10 days. That is a huge rip off.
