This company is a complete joke. They came to SC in Sept 2010 and fired an abundance of employees who worked for this co for years just to bring in their "own" employees. I called two weeks ago and spoke to a customer service rep who told me I should have looked at the Terma and Conditions. My ire apparently wasn't enough as they hit me with another fee this month. This company is a small 'home-town' company who wants to play with the big boys (Orkin, Terminix, etc..). The owner actually was Terminix district manager for years (if that tells you anything). Quit going to both Subway's in Allen Texas. Bad employee skills, and produce was old e.g. lettuce looked bad etc... Whoever owns these locations should be fired!
