On October 28th I ordered a full length black leather trench coat that LeatherIcon called the "Helina." They sent me what their website calls as the "Shaina." I called then to ask them to send the correct coat and they insisted that they sent what I ordered. They sent me pictures of what they sent but the pictures are of what it was that I did not order. My confirmation was correct but if they would only check my confirmation with what their website shows they would understand that they sent the wrong item. I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots on December 8, 2010. They guaranteed shipping within 7 days to my door, as of December 30, I do not have them. I can track them, they are still on the plane at this time en route to the United States. I signed a contract with this Gym 16 days ago. I found out that my insurance company would pay the gym for my membership. They will not refund my money for the year contract even though they took all my information to bill the insurance company. They say that they "have to" stick with the contract I signed because it has been over 3 days.
