I sent the company numerous e-mails asking about a refund which were ignored. For Christmas of 2009, by wife gave me a Pro Form - whirl wind Stationary bike. It lasted about 6 months before it just "froze" up, you couldn't make the pedals move. Toothbrush on recycled product state that the toothbrush is ultra soft but the brushes are hard and you can't massage your gums because the brushes are hard. These use to be the best ultra soft toothbrushes on the market but now since they recycle products to make them, they are hard and are inferior and dishonest in advertising that they are ultra soft but are hard instead. Similar to other complaints out there, I too ordered the "trial" product and received it in an unlabeled white bag with no invoice. When I tried to call customer service number listed on the website, you were placed on hold indefinitely. I finally tried to send e-mail and sent product back with a letter to an address on the website. I still got charged because they claimed I didn't get a return approval from C.S. Really? Obtained a quote on fitness equipment from Pro Fitness. Associate was quick on getting the quote back and was real promising on delivering the equipment in 6 to 8 weeks. Do not work for Premier Concepts LLC. They are a marketing company that does not pay there employees what they promise. Once u start asking for the money they owe u they look at u crazy and want to find someone new. They have a very high turnover rate. Most employees only work 4 months. Don't waste your time. There were over 180 other people online for the same interview when I logged on. I brought a pair of ugg boots from this site, upon arrival, unboxed, one of the buttons had already fallen off and most of the others were hanging off, I emailed them to return, asking for a returns address, but all i get is stupid emails asking if i could glue them, give them to a friend or sell them as the cost of returning would be too expensive. The website clearly states that they will refund in full, but funnily enough not one address can be found on this website and convienently the live chat never appears to work. I ordered a TRIAL pack of GetSlim tabs and GetSlim Colon tabs, both advertised at around $7 each. I received 2x email invoices for both these orders but on checking my bankcard statement I had been fraudulently charged an ADDITIONAL $200 for goods neither ordered or received. I live in Australia and am unable to contact GetSlim as their emails are "no reply" and there are no other contact details.
