Insurance claims not submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office and then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. I went to Forest Hills hospital emergency room on 1/22/10 for an ear infection. The physician took my pulse and ask me a few questions about how I felt, then he prescribed me medicine which I purchased at a local pharmacy. This hospital is charging for services I never used, they did not use any machines or provided me with nursing services. The manager treats his employees like dirt. He also is rude and crude to customers. Very unfriendly. There are some excellent employees. Brent, the greeter, always has a smile for the customers and a friendly word. That makes a great difference in where we go to eat.. The food is great for fast food . The service is good . Adjility Group breached our contract by not paying for services rendered and by not following the contract dispute rules. They contend the contract supports their position of nonpayment until they get paid by Aria but this has been debunked by two attorneys, one in California nad one in New Jersey. Adjility is over 90 days past due. The total amount due to TPG is approximately $15, 000 including fees of collection; Adjility owes $13K for actual services rendered. I have made several attempts to contact CBSports to let them try to resolve my complaint of non-payment for my winning the Basketball Fanasty League. Strax cosmetic surgery center in Ft Lauderdale, FL, is the worse place to have any procedure done if you want a good or even fair outcome. This is not a complaint. I had a teeth whitening procedure done by Dr Marcos Ortega a year ago. This was the best whitening procedure I have had so far, lasting much longer than other ones I've had in the past. It also did not leave my teeth sensitive and aching like past procedures. I think Dr Ortega is a great dentist and while in his practice, I came across several happy patients with great dental work.
