I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise. This company apparently went out of business shortly after allowing customers to purchase purple gift cards from them. They then started selling black gift cards under the same name. When a restaurant would not allow me to use the purple gift card, I called the company. They said mail it in and they will issue me a new black gift card. Absolutely the WORST companies I have ever dealt with -Both Work out World and ABC Financial. I moved out of town but was still required to PHYSICALLY walk into the gym to cancel my membership. I finally found time to drive an hour so I could cancel my membership, which was literally signing a piece of paper that they could easily have faxed or emailed to me, only to find out that my membership wasn't actually canceled until I call ABC Financial and send them this signed cancel form. I just had a bad experience at ZARA Glorietta today July 10, 2010 at 3:00pm by having my wallet stolen inside the store premises. I believe it happened when a fat lady wearing white shirt, pants and with pony tail bumped me at the kid's section. I recently purchased a shirt from Cologe Denim outlets in Bear. The shirt deteriorated in the wash all the "designs" (or stencils) fell off the shirt even though the HANES tag said machine washable. I paid $20 for what I thought was a original product but was just a Hanes Tee which is clear stipulation to American Trademark Laws. You can not resell someone's product just because you have a stencil kit, glitter, and a idea. Do not select Evercare as a health insurance or a medicare supplemental insurance. I work in health care industry and they are the worst at trying to get coverage for healthcare expenses they are suppose to cover. They will deny and make up rules as it goes to get out of paying anything. Evercare does NOT cover and pay like Medicare does even when the represenative states "it's better" than Medicare coverage. In February, my husband ordered a product called Extenze (sp?). The product was charged shortly thereafter. The product was a joke. Let the buyer beware. We sent the product back within the required time frame exactly as we were instructed to do. In April we received a confirmation letter that the company had received the returned product in their facility. Company advertises free trial. Trial period start at the time you placed the order online. Product does not arrive until after the 10 day trial period is over and they have billed you for the product. When you try to reach them they give you the runaround saying that they are following the terms of the contract. This company sells fake clothing so when it gets inspected by customs it is seized. They charge you for your purchase but you never receive it.
