This was a 30 day trial tryout. I never recieved the product so therefore i forgot all about it. On 2-2-10 this business took 75.00 dollars out of my account without permission. I am horrified by what happened to me by participating at Sono Bello at Beverly Hills. I strongly urge no patient to ever visit their offices! The staff will call, call, and call you trying to get you to sign up like a car salesman, and their doctors are barely licensed, and not any of them certified by a medical board. Received a call from EOS CCA on 3 Feb 2010. Called back at 1740 hrs and spoke to Sandra Dayton. Ms Dayton informed me that I owed XM Radio $48 and change. Hi, I injured my shoulder and my doc sent me to physical therapy. When this didn't help, I ended up having surgery. I ended up having bone spurs, arthritis and pinched nerves. I was sent back to physical therapy after surgery. My insurance only allowed 2 visits and then denied me. They said that I was only allowed 12 visits for the year and had used them up.
