I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Dr. Barnett performed the surgery according to what he believed would be best, i.e. did not listen to me. Cancelled membership in september, and continued to bill my bank account for 3 months. I called to complain and was told they would refund 1 month and have to get authotization for the other 2 months. I said 1 month was fine. 31 days later no response.When I contacted Nase I was told they did not approve a refund for the fradulent charge. I went in for one tooth filling and he, without even consulting me, decided that I needed two filled which were adjoining teeth, well when trying to get a metal clamp on one of the teeth, it somehow flew out of my mouth, striking the inside of my front tooth on it's way and broke it from the bottom to the top in a starburst pattern which is clearly visible, especially the major crack.
