On 12-14-09, Around 6:00pm I was late for night school, so my roomate and I stopped by the jack in the box near ATI. We drove thru got tacos 2 for a dollar. And ate them at the parking lot near ATI. Like many others, I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I called the company, I was told that it was a computer glitch and that my credit card would be creditied the $79.00 charge. So far, no credit and today I received coffee in the mail. Trying to reach a human at the company is impossible. All I'm told is that all customer service reps are busy, leave a message and someone will get back to you. I tried the product with a 14 day risk free trial period. The product gave me stomach aches, so I canceled, returned the product on time, and they still charged me the full amount. I then called the customer service number twice and got someone who could barely speak english. They said they never recieve the product back, and they have no managers or supervisors to talk to. Ordered on N0v. 31. Paid extra for fast delivery. Customer service never picks up. No live person to talk to. The place you order from tells you to take it up with customer service. Charges extra postage and handling for each piece you order instead of sending it all together. I paid for it. But I don't like never recieving it. It was supposed to arrive in 5 days. LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd.. website was advertising FREE bottle of Colon cleanse and FREE bottle of acai berry to be used in conjunction for weight loss. I ordered acai berry online in oct 2009 for 5.99 for a free 15 day trial. it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive. I used it for nearly 2 weeks and didn't loose a pound from it. I noticed 24.99 was charged on my cc, so I called to cancel the product and inquire about the 24.99 charge from grapevine mass. They said it was for live lean which is their website to loose weight. I never used the website and told them that but they refused to refund the 24.99, so I returned the unused product and told them I didn't loose any weight. Melissa is the most cheap person i have ever known. She only cares about making money. We once had this employee who did not put a 2 week notice in and she did not give her, her LAST check. SCS Health and wellnesslab got us too! We tried a 30 day free trial. Cancelled it well within the 30 day window - by phone. Were charged S&H - OK. In the next credit card billing cycle, recieved today, there were over $330.00 in fraudulent charges and S&H for our "subscrition" for their weight loss products. I too was ripped off by Luxory vendor.com. I ordered 2 pairs of boots through the Ugg website only to find out I was unknowingly transfered to a conterfeit website. I did receive 2 pairs of boots, but I feel they are counterfeit too. One pair was 2 differnt colors, the other pair has the UGG symbol on upside down.
