On Dec. 6, 2009 about 10pm. I drove around to the drive thur and made 2 purchase order. First of all the cashier was rude and talking nasty while in the mike. I didn't complete my order before he/she told me to pull around. After getting my order my first bite into a filet o fish I gag because it was so much salt on my sandwhich. I pass it to a friend and she agree they add salt to that sandwhich and we all know salt doesn't come on a fish sandwhich. My fries was wet and cold and my parfait was almost milk. I have had charges to my debit card for $79.00 and $39.76 even after cancelling immediately after realizing that the customer satisfaction guarantee is worthless. The customer service hours are so bad that no one can call with valid concerns or complaints. It has shown up on my card Tea Francais, Metro Tea Direct and Seattle Coffee Direct. Humana received the packet four days later and told me they could not process my application until they received the premium payment. I sent them the premium payment and now almost three weeks later Humana claimes they don't have the payment. I have used Walgreens pharmacies for several years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I call in my prescriptions and allow time for them to be filled. Much of the time, as I enter the drive-thru, a person has chosen to delay others from picking up their items by presenting the assistant with their prescription as they drive up. As cars line up behind me, I'm having to wait 15 to 20 min. One of the Walgreens here in Tulsa asks persons presenting prescriptions to drive on thru - park - and come back thru the line in 10 min. The other day, I had an infection in my one eye due from a contact lense. I got an appointment with the Eye Dr. and was scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. appt. I arrived 3 minutes early. Padders shoes let in water. Even during normal town use, if it begins to rain your feet will be soaked. This has happened with two pairs of Padders and the firm do not have any response other than to say they are not water tight. From a walking point of view this makes them next to useless, despite them being very comfortable. I think the firm ought to address this problem and not let customers find out for themselves. I recently purchased a pair of what I believed to be Kobe IV Zooms made by Nike. They advertise "free shipping", but my paypal was charged for the shipping amount. The worst meal we've had out at a restaurant in a long, long time. My wife had the shrimp dish which was cold and the shrimp was tasteless and rubbery as if it had sat in a cold water pot after cooking earlier that day then grilled. Urban Active/Paramount Acceptance took 192.15 from my checking account that was not authorized and will not give it back to me. They have givin me the run around with when and how I will get this back. They incorrectly debited my account on 11-19 and told me I would have my $$$ back in 24 hours. 15 days later I have nothing and they refuse to help. The matter has now been referred to my bank and will be dealt with through official channels i expect.
