The website seems to be a scam. I placed an order, because according to the site it ships within 24 hours and delivers in 2 days. I never received my package, nor did i ever get any receipt either. I called and canceled my order and have sent numerous emails with no response. Now the site will not even answer my phone calls. My money is still gone, and no product. i purchaced actiburn & after realising it was not a one off purchace i phoned the company & cancelled my order, of which i had to pay the next months subscription, since july i have had charges on my credit card under the heading elitepack 7 ezykit for varring amounts i.e. £1.85 &£4.38 all differing by a couple of pence. because of the small amounts it did not stick out & went on for about 3 months . I signed up for a trial of these 2 companies for teeth whitening. I specifically told the phone reps that I did not want to sign up for anything, that did The companies listed are YOUNG.RESPURE, VITA877317...ULTIFRESHWELL, PRISTINEHLTH. After seeing Dr Kleiman I now have very bad eyes. Especially in the right eye. My eyesight was farsighted, now I cannot read without glasses. I had to get glasses anyway because of nearsightedness and farsightedness now. Now i have bifocals. I have a hard time seeing when driving after dark. I fear eventual blindness now! I am going to close my account with NY and Co b/c after reviewing my receipts, I discovered that I have been overcharged multiple times. I placed an order online on 11/13/09 for four pairs of boots. One of the four pairs was shipped appx 5 days later and received 10 days after order date. I cancelled subscription to GetFit&Slim website, who is also Cost Smashers, and the Acai Berry program. The cancellation was in June 2009. All Acai Berry supplements were returned to the shipper with a letter saying not to send any more of the product. I also went online and told them not to send any further shipments.
