In response to emails and a phone call I got reassuring words, but I never got my merchandise. I first ordered 2 pairs of designer jeans from this company for a price of $150. When I tried to submit the order, I was told that the minimum for purchases from this site was $695. Since there were other items I liked on the site, I decided to purchase something for my wife and daughter also to meet the minimum. I called within the time they "allowed" to prevent any further shipments and one of the companies also throws in a internet "health site" you pay for that if you don't cancel you are automatically signed up for a year and that is NOT included in your cancellation with that company! I have never dealt with such a group of incompetents in my life. I mailed them a prescription on 10/17. After 2 or 3 calls, on or about 11/3, I was under the impression they had been straightened out with regard to their confusion and they would fill the prescription. The terms and conditions are NOT clearly displayed (tiny print at the top of a scrolling website that you do not see when the page loads). I purchased a pair of Lia Sophia Inside out earrings, had them for about two months when the back broke and they had begun to tarnish. I tried to return them without my receipt and could not, contacted the company, but had not heard from them as of yet.
