Abbey (owner) is rude and has no concept of customer service. I had a cleaner out to my home that used bleach to clean our tile floors and she failed to pick up a 5x8 rug in our entryway. Our rug is bleached-out on the edges where the mop ran over it. I called to request a PARTIAL REFUND of the $60 cleaning service fee and was refused. "Absolutely not" was used.
