After working for this company for over a year and dealing with paychecks that bounce I have been denied my correct pay. My paycheck has always bounced so I use a local check cashing business. But now My entire check is off. When I asked my supervisor Hector Laya about this I was told that if I had any problems with my check and attempted to talk to HR or payroll about it that I would be fired. Please help! My complaint is focused toward my so called HR Manager Mindy Wallis. After being a dedicated employee since the company started I was wrongfully terminated after filling out a wage claim form. I only filled out the form after being denied overtime pay. I also have had a hard time cashing my paychecks b/c there was never any money in the account to do so, which required me to go to a money box where I would have to pay a fee. This would happen every payroll Friday. Anyone knows it is illegal to fire someone for no reason and with out warning. DUNN-RITE frozen meat is strange. The chicken legs and chicken wings are small in comparison to other brands. I followed the cooking instructions on the bag, cook from frozen at 450 for 50-55 min. The meat seemed cooked on the inside but for some strange reason there was still blood leaking out. I investigated further and found that there was still blood inside the bone. I went into the dentist to have a crown put on, and as is usual procedure, they made a temporary crown that was suppose to last two weeks. It fell off while I was eating that evening. When the permanent crown arrived two weeks later, they apologized that the temp had fallen off, but assured me that the permenant crown would last much longer (years).
