I ordered a smart circle card for a golf corse in my area 4-08-2009. The card cost 39.99 and an additional 4.99 for S&H for a 7-10 business day, however for an additional 1.00 I could recieved the smart circle card in 2-3 Business days. I broke a tooth, and went to them to have it fixed. I sat in the dentist's chair for over an hour before she came in. She barely spoke a word the whole time, except "Open Please". I have filed a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I was told by the DCA, that Xelent Staffing is not licensed and therefore, the department can't take any legal action against them, so to recover my money, I would have to take them to Court. They didn't tell you that after 45 days from the date of order they automaticlly send you a 1 month supply for only $69.99 plus shipping charge of $6.98.
