I have contacted this company numerous times to obtain a refund and have never received one, although they have given me a refund and credit reference number. I wait holding on the phone for minutes, sometimes over 20 minutes, and when a representative does get on the line, they claim that they will put a request into the refund department and that is all they can do. I was employed by Manpower staffing agency and had an assignment with Cisco Systems in San Jose. We were required to be to work 15 minutes before our shift without pay. Talega Dental group found out I had two PPO's for my dental care. Instead of asking me about different treatments and costs; they did a elective procedure using a porcelain filling for my tooth. They didn't bother telling me the cost up front or what was covered. They did not get a pre - authorization for treatment to see if it was covered.
