acai berry detox FWM Laboratories Hollywood florida
I had tried this product and it gave me a bad reaction to the acai berry detox. I called about 7 times in the past week and finally on Sunday the 25, 2009 I spoke with a so-called-supervisor and she told me that I would recieve a refund and be notified by E-mail as to when the transaction would take place. I am pissed off that this company is treating Americans this way when everyone is having a hrd time through this recession. These people should be arrested for fraud. If I do not get an E-mail or a phone call within 5 days from this E-mail, I am notifying the consumer protection of the United States of America.

Some how 2 charges for 29.99 have showed up on my mastercard which I have had to dispute and cancell this account out due to fraudulant charges. I ordered a sample of Trislim weight loss pills for 5$ and cancelled all other offers after getting these. i'm prompted to post this complaint after running across a similar complaint filed this month on this site. i too consigned several items of vintage sports memorabilia to this online/catalog auction house located in las vegas. the owner - victor - accepted my items at a memorabilia show last summer (2008). i was told i would receive payment within ninety days and likely, sooner. that was about eight months ago. the items were sold and they were paid. i was not. they have refused to respond to any calls requesting payment, or at least, the status. i am extremely frustrated and am seeking further info. thank you for this forum. read full review »

I got a pair of "anistasia" Boots for a Christmas preaent. By Jan. 20 the insoles had fallen thru to the sole. Any pair of $100.00 boots should last many seasonds NOT a few weeks. Livivg in Chicago in the winter and Walking Dogs for a living having good footwear in essential in the Winter. In this economy does any private practice have the odasity to turn away an insured patient? I missed my first appointment because of emergency family business, I could not call or cancel in time. When I had called to reschedule I was told by the receptionist that I had failed. I was dumbfounded because I had not heard this phrase since gradeschool. Normally a dentist would bill for a missed appointment and give you a chance to reschedule. Because of this unfortunate event, I will make it known of these frivolous and silly hangups. I saw their ad for a free sample, placed the order on 12/23. Haven't received a thing. On 1/12 they charged my account $87.13. I called them and told them I wanted to discontinue my membership and the reason was because I wasn't receiving any product and wasn't happy paying for something I didn't receive. I was told they would discontinue debiting my account. My account was debited again on 1/21. I've tried calling them again but now the phone message tells me I may have a 2 - 5 minute wait. After 8 visits the dentures do not fit. I have extreme pain. This place took at least 7 impressions and finally told me that dentures are extremely hard to make. I know several people that have gone elsewhere and had no problem. So, after paying $2000 for one plate I will have to go elsewhere and have others made. I do not have the money for this and am extremely angry. As a professional, I can not even be seen like this. I have lost 3 weeks from work so far. These dentists do not know what they are doing. I transfered to Dr Robinson from Olympia. I have been disabled for 5 years, the MRI she did was abnormal. I asked her to fill out disability papers for me and she took the forms and told me to pick them up next visit. The next visit she did not ask how I was, she got red in the face and up close to me. She threw the forms down and called me a fraud. Told me I needed a psychiatrist. I have had a Neurologist since my brain accident, endless tests that all shoe deterioration of the brain. I got a trial of a product and upon receipt found in the small print what would be charged me if I didn't cancel the product. I immediatley cancelled and was told to keep the trial and no further charges would be made. NOT TRUE! I discovered a charge to my debit card today and called the company. They would only credit me $60.00 of the $80.00. What a scam!!! This company out-right lied to me and I had taken the right away from them to bill any charges to my mastercard! Dentist office
On my second visit I was disregarded and made to wait for services over 2 and 1/2 hrs even though I went several times to the front desk.The office staff all they care about is making sure the office and they get paid. After that they just sit their and gossip all day in spanish, not one member of the office team apologize for the wait and or the inconvience they put us thru because I observed it was not only me this was happening too. The company does not refund monies "without penalty" as stated by their salespersons. They tell you that they sell a helath insurance policy that covers 100% of hospital costs. They fail to tell you that this is 100% of THEIR CODED VALUE! This company needs to be investigated. In the meantime, buyer beware! Make sure you read all the fine print. I didn't realize when I ordered my "free sample, pay shipping only" product that I was signing up for automated monthly delivery for a product that doesn't do a thing! Lessoned learned. If it sounds to good to be true, it is! I cancelled my order today. When you call to cancel, make sure you ask for a confirmation number. I did. I ordered some tea online from the T Salon. It was a green tea. I was shocked to find that the tea had a cockroach in it?
I emailed to correct the problem and got no reply? I then called their corporate offices and spoke to the founder a very frightening woman. She was terribly rash in her sudden assumptions and promised no refund. It was disheartening enough that the tea was depraved with insects. Purchased an Iron Gym and sent off for the free ab straps (just pay shipping and handling) They gave my information to another company who is now harassing me, which wouldn't be that bad except that this other company has my ENTIRE credit card number. While I do not approve of it I understand selling contact information, selling my credit card number on the other hand is unethical if not ILLEGAL.

I ordered a "free" sample of the Acaiberry product on line and paid the $3.95 shipping and handling fee with my credit card. Several days later I discovered that the company would automatically send me additional product and charge my account $87.13 within 15 days unless I cancelled the order. I called their toll-free number and spoke to a representative who assured me my account would not be charged and she would cancel any additional orders. Two days later my account was charged $87.13 and I never received any product.
