Since Hurricane IKE here on the Houston Ship Channel traffic at my post was difficult at best during the 12 hour shifts. I thought since they treat everybody equally my supervisor would give me a respite occasionally. Never came. I asked "Can anybody give me a break. Standing 12 hours while power is out on the main gate and all the traffic entering and exiting is taking a toll on my back as well as my feet and lower legs". I have tried multiple times via email and by phone to cancel my account. The phone number for the FX Supplements when dialed picks up with an automated outgoing message 24/7. There is no customer service person to answer or return your call. The email address to cancel you order [email protected] is provided in the terms and conditions portion from their website, which I have emailed quite a few times, and have not recieved via email a cancellation confirmation message. I ordered a sample of this product. The website did not explain in plain English that they would debit my account the following month for $74.15. This is a scam in my opinion. Also when my "sample" came in there was not a packing slip nor was there any paperwork whatsoever that I could refer to as far as sending this product back. Refine 360 in naperville is a big scam. I purchased a package that was told to work for me after I sat for a consultation. after the end of my package with no results refine had the nerve to say "buy another package" and you should get better results. well, I already purchased a package worth $800 and could not afford to buy another. I answered an ad for acai berry with a payment of 4.95 shipping only. I received the product and an additional charge of $79.95 was made on my bank card on Dec. 10, 2008. I tried to reach someone to reverse that charge, but hit a dead end. After that, a charge of 19.95 showed up on my bank statement on Dec. 16. I talked to someone at fitfac and was told that charge would be removed. It's still there. Today another charge for 79.95 showed up on my bank statement. I signed up for a free trial of tri-slim on the internet and I was charged from Fit-fac for 19.95. The web-site stated that you had to pay for shipping. On the left there were all of these advertisements. In the advertisements it signed you up for Fit-Fac. They also charged me for shipping plus 149.00 for 3 months of the diet pills. I returned two blouses to Roamans, both of them being defective. One had a stain on it from the dark brown trim bleeding into the fabric, the other had on unsewn area around the neckline. Acia Berry Maxx makes it impossible for you to cancel your order. I hadn't received my order after 3 weeks and decided to cancel my order. I tried calling several times but was put on hold and then disconnected.
