I ordered a free sample of acai berry detoxifying pills for $4.99 shipping. To my suprise, not even two weeks later my credit card was charged $89.31USD, that's $115.74 Canadian. The charge was from a company named SIMPLYFITPRO. My order confirmation said that charges on my card would appear on my credit card statement from NUBOBI. I bought 2 pair of Liz&Me Signature Jeans - one black and one green. I have washed the black ones at least four times but am unable to stand the dye fumes so I cannot wear them. The green ones do not have the same oder - however - both of my legs have broken out in a painful rash even after washing them several times. I, too, fell for the "free trial" of these two products, acai-aSlim and Total Cleanse. I discovered my debit card had been debited for $84.95 by acai-aSlim. I was able to reach a customer service rep after being on hold for about 25 minutes. There was no mention of being automatically enrolled in a auto-ship program although I should have known better than to expect otherwise. Was contacted in Oct by MyPartD USA and they suggested Todays Options as a medicare pay for fee service for our Medicare. So we signed up. I cannot get customer service to do anything they say they will do, They have not paid for any claims and they assured us that we were covered.
