I was taking a survey and was offered the Slimlife product for only shipping and handling charges of $4.95. When I received my bank statement it was charged $45.85. I have several times to call them; only to find out that the waiting time is over 76 minutes each time. I recently bought a pair of Faded Glory stretch jeans at Wal-Mart. Before I left the store I noticed the zipper was broke and just exchanged them. Now, more than a month later; the zipper on my exchanged pair is broke. I called for an appt to have one crown recemented, one dental implant and dental cleaning. If you think they treat their members poorly then you should really hear how badly they treat their employees. For starters we have the worst benefit plan offered. I worked there for almost 4 yrs until I was terminated and spoke to over 100 people per day all of which had better benefits than I have ever been offered by the company.
