A charge showed up on my bank statement for $78.33 from Nutra Products. I had never heard of them before. I was in a college class at the time the charge was made. I can't reach anyone from this so-called company. When I called the number listed on my bank statement they referred me to a website, www.gohelpnow. There were no other options. When I went to the website the first thing they ask for is your full credit card number. Of course, I am not giving them that! SCAM refund I ordered Acai as a trial bases this was a free trial and called to make sure they would not debit my acct so I cancel the request by email and they sent it any way and debited my acct and I "m demanding a full refund of $ 78.86to my account. Brookstone has an unfair return policy. There is absolutly no way to know that a robe (unopened) is not returnable. The entire store AND the receipt states that it can be returned with receipt...see reverse for policy details. on november 26th I thought I purchased a pair of uggs for a christmas present for my daughter was sent an e-mail with a confirmation number from the company that they were in stock and will be shipped. It is now almost two weeks and nothing sent yet, I tried to contact the company and the website is gone and then I found out that a complaint department has been made on the company. I ordered a "free" bottle online on Nov. 11. It had not come when my credit card security company called me Nov. 26 and asked if I had authorized an amount of $89.31. They gave me a toll free number to call. A young woman named Hannah said that I had agreed to the charge when I did not call or email within 15 days. I ordered the FREE trial of this product, and was supposed to be charged 4.98 shipping, I received the product shorty after I placed the free trial and have since been charged $39.95 for some gum and water drops that I didn't order and now $44.85. The company's website is very misleading and many would label it as a clear case of entrapment. At the top it boldly states TRY IT FOR FREE! In smaller print it states "just pay $4.95 S&H" In larger print it urges HURRY UP! This was nothing more than a rip-off. They took money out of my account with out authorization and I want it back. You can not cancel because they think that you can stay on hold for hours.
