This company has claimed that it was an affiliate of authorized luxury merchandise dealers in order to sell product they didn't have. They offered to stack the authorized retailers against each other for the best price. They did NOT carry the product, but said they were just 'basically' an authorized dealer, but they themselves technically, were not. The stores in the zip finder are not so called 'affiliates' of this company, and absolutely have no interest in Vialuxe. Having purchased and actually receiving both watches I was very happy until that is a I noticed a part had fallen off after the 3rd wearing. I contacted the store who said they would try to locate the part. Two weeks later no part and they wouldn't exchange or refund as I had "lost" the part. How can I lose a part that falls off due to a poor build? Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey refuses to answer my letters and pay a claim that is now over 6 months old. I was aware of the preexisting condition limitation when I signed up for the policy in March 2008. I went to the doctor for a condition I developed after the policy began. I went into this mobil station to buy a pack of cigarettes and i was ask for my ID. When i gave her my Mexico Consular Id Card. She hatefully tells me they don't accept that kind of ID She did not even look at it. I have been going to this mobil for years and i have never had a problem. I have received a silver necklace for my birthday. The chain was loose and have broken off the next day. When we went back to the shop in Creteil that week with the Guarentee Card, they said necklace must be broken as a result of accident. The necklace fell off and the whole chain was intact. My card was also charged for $ 44.85, when the only charge I had authorized was for $ 4.95 for S&H for a "free" trial. When approached, they offered a "generous" discount of $ 20. I have instructed them to return all the un-authorized funds. I have notified my credit card company as well as file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov). We ordered your new nachos after seeing the commercial on T.V. It showed alot of cheese and meat and condiments on it. What we recieved was ALOT of chips and the taco salad shell. My husband ordered a crunch wrap and was totally satisfied while I had to go to my fridge. We spent twice as much money on the nachos because of the commercial. There was very little meat and cheese.
