Since I was a guest of this club, the receptionist requested my drivers license. After my work out, I asked for it back, but he could not find it. The Manager gave me his card and told me to call back the next day in case it turned up. I called, but it was his day off. An employee RUDELY informed me that the club was no responsible for lost property. This company was very hard to reach b/c their phone number is either busy or disconnects. Their phone # is unlisted when you call directory assistance in Boca Raton, Florida. They do NOT answer the phone at 800-787-1219 or it is busy or there is a message. I had a credit note worth $125 from Fairweather since i returned a purchase. I misplaced this note and now fairweather refuses to issue me a duplicate. i am willing to show proof of purchase through my credit card by which they can pull up the record of the certificate on their records. but they refuse to help point blank!
