Went for a cleaning, for the second time at that place, and the assistant took an x-ray, I thought that's part of the procedure, the previous time I had it done same thing had happened so I didn't even ask why they're taking the x-ray. This Company withdrew from my checking account via my debit card $4.51 in Nov. 08 and I didn't catch it and so then they withdrew $78.33 in Dec 08 causing me to have overdrafts and costing me hundreds of dollars... I can't complain about the product or service or speed of it. That all was simply great. My concern is with the amount i am being charged for shipping. This periodontist and his rude assistants are horrible. All they think about is making money and they handle their business in a very unprofessional way. IF you are so much late for 15 minutes they charge you money and if you cancel more money. I went to this facility for Chiropractic treatment. They offer therapudic pillows. They are suppose to help with neck and back alignment. They sent me a letter on Oct. 30 telling me that they were going to cancel my account on Nov.1. I received the letter Nov. 5 and called them. They told me that it was cancelled because they could not withdraw the money from my bank. I called my bank and they gave me all the paperwork showing that Affinion never tried to withdraw the funds. I faxed all of the information to the plan administrator and they still have not reinstated my account nor notified me. I recently returned a Tissot Titanium Touch watch for repairs right at the 2 year warranty period. My dealer sent it back and was told it would cost over $200.00 to repair. I then send them copy of my receipt and was told that it would be covered under warranty so I had them go ahead with the repair.
