Oprah and others are touting these products.Yet, when you order on line, they don't send the product in a timely manner and start charging you credit card additional charges that are in the fine print. I think these are scam companies because all of the websites they offer and 800 numbers don't work! The phone number I got thru my credit card company for this product was 877-478-6375. Have purchased a top from Fashion TV cloths shop in Rosebank. The pattern on it came off before I had a chance even to put it on. I have purchased Vibro Shape belt, which has been repaired in the last 6 months FIVE TIMES. After informing the management of Homemark, namely Julie Swart, that this product if faulty and breaks after being used for 2 days, I have been given THREE new belts, that all broke as usual. Julie Swart has promised to refund the money since the product is obviously cannot be used. I sold a Louis Vuitton purse on ebay with veeeery detailed pics. The woman bought it and then claims it's not real and she had it "authenticated" by my poupette!! I received an email that night that my outfits would be mailed the following day and expected delivary within 2-3 days priority mail. They tell you it will only cost 2.95 for a 7 day trial membership and that you can begin right away. Then they escalate the cost with special VIP offers and charge additional amounts for some "course" items. When you get to the end after you have paid, the online guide and access to jobs does not open and the password and user name is not given. I did the 14 day trial with the acaiberry for 3.95, they debited my account on 10/26 and didn't ship it until 11/10, it didn't receive it until 11/14, they proceeded to charge 89.31 to my account on 11/17, because the 14 day trial was up, even though I didn't have the opportunity to even try the product. I received a charge to my account by fit-fac on 11/5, both companies have assured me that I will recieve refunds within 10-14 days, that remains to be seen. received an email regarding an at home work (still keepign my job and working part-time with them). Signed a contract with them (they are based international). After signing the contract they asked for a driver's license # or passport, but I have read that giving a driver's license # could also lead to identy theft.
