My employer used to have payroll deduction for American Family Fitness memberships. After enough complaints they canceled the relationship. Somehow the payroll deductions continued. TERRIBLE!!! Avoid this place. I had two family memebers go here at the same time, one with braces the other with invisalign and both ended up with terrible results. First off the doctor is rude once you start treatment, secondly the reults of both my relatives were horrendous. The one with braces had to switch to a new orthodontist the one with invisalign had to switch and then get braces, basiclaly throwing away two years and thousands of dollars!!! I placed an online order on September 29, 2008. I received a confirmation e-mail, but that has been it. I have not received my shoes. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the status of my order, which was not returned. I called and left a message on the 800 number, which was not returned. My family had gone to this dentist due to our insurance. They advised my husband he needed a deep cleaning. (Scaling and root planing) which was $1500.00 He went ahead and had the treatment done. Then I went 2 weeks later and they advised me I needed the same, my was worst then his and mine would of been $1800.00. I did not have the treatment done, in fact I called my insurance company and had them look into this. I have never had any problems with my teeth or gums. This dentist office is the biggest rip off. The company wishes its females employees to dress NOT professionally BUT provocatively. After the employee was told to do so, the owner then, when confronted with the situation at hand, denied all allegations right in front of the employee and the business manager, who was given the role of telling the employee to dress more provocatively, wear more make-up, and put more curls in her hair, as well! Tried to return a defective food product today that I purchased two days ago. Was refused by someone who called herself a "store manager" for a completely (in my opinion) lame excuse - and who would not, when asked, show me where this was addressed in the refund policy. I was sold health insurance by this company and advised there were no pre-existing clauses and that I would have no out of pocket expense UP to $20, 000/yr. Based on this information, I had surgery and am not being sued for $6, 000 due to Alliance only paying $4, 000 and stating they are not responsible for anymore. Curves is a complete rip off. I was promised that curves would be enough of a workout for me because of their new "Curves Smart" program that stepped up the workout. I have been on that program for 5 months and have seen no results. Half the time the system is down and does not work, even when it does it is a joke. When you call the number they direct you to the website www.wonderfulnanny.com They charge a $10 application fee. I ordered one bottle of Aci Pure Trial that was supposed to be free plus shipping. I got the Hoodiburst gum for $9.95 and 1 Hoodiawater for $29.95 for a total of $44.85. I received a bill from a dental cleaning for my daugther around 6/08 for services rendered on 8/26/07. My dental insurance would have covered the bill completely but the dentist office failed to submit the bill until just a few months ago and my insurance company said it was sent in too late and they will not pay. I was completely lied to regarding coverage. Everything that has ever been submitted as a claim, has been ignored. Not only did they not pay a dime on any calim - but, I have never received a statement of rejection of a claim -- in fact I have never received anything since I signed up for this insurance a year and a half ago! Could not reach them to cancel order for days and days. Now being charged $78.84 and $88.62. In order to credit they want phone records of when I called from my cell, phone and place of business. Every time I go into this store, which isn't often, I find freezer burnt chicken that has been frozen, then thawed and on the shelves at a reduced price. The hamburger meat on sale is brown in color and looks very old.
