This dry cleaning establishment has twice lost my clothing. The first time I was upset but accepted the fact that my clothes were lost since I understand that mistakes can happen. The second time the man behind the counter told me that it was my fault that my clothes were lost because I'd come in earlier that week (I had not) and changed my name (to "Amad Uhaz") and address (not my address). I went on line and got my free tea. Didn't like it. In the mean time they signed me up for livinglean.com at $ 19.95/ month. I got with the company and cancelled. They refunded the monies one day and deducted it out the next. Wu-yi sent me a three month supply which I did not want. Billing me $29.95 plus shipping per month. Since getting a new mobile number last year, one that apparently had been owned by someone else who purchased from a pharmacy calling itself "US Pharmacy", I have gotten phone calls almost every day trying to sell me medicine. I tried a 14 day trial for the colon diet. The terms say that the trial starts on the say ordered and that you must cancel trial in 14 days, and you will be billed after the 14 days. I was billed on the 14th day. I spoke to a representative via email and he says it clearly states that you will be billed on the 14th day. July 19th, we gave a birthday party for my 4 year old. After the party, we cooked hot dogs for my family, my friend, her 3 girls, and one other girl. We fed five hot dogs on Great Value Buns from the local Wal-Mart. One of the girls came back for a second hot dog. This company has a high turn around of employees for several reasons. The largest of the reasons being that they never pay employees on time, in addition, if they do happen to issue you a check on payday, it is usually w/out funds, or you are asked to hold it. They expect you to work 7 days a week, and not be paid. They also do not pay salesman commissions and humiliate their staff members by accusing them of theft, in order to not pay them.
