I paid for my purchase with my debit card online and have been billed on numerous occasions without my prior authorization. They have been stalling for nearly a year on paying a small claim with no explanation and many promises that the claim will be paid. They haven't denied it...it's simply gone into the system and no one can tell us why we haven't received a check. We've spent hours on the phone trying to get some action. We finally filed a complaint with the division of insurance and the company has already missed the first deadline to respond to the state and us. This is a lausy company . Its equipment and services are extremely poor. We have lot of issues with washers installed by this company in our rental unit at Jefferson Village apartments in Framingham Massachusetts . They never promplty refund for malfunctioning of washers. The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I bought 4 pastries for a dinner party on Saturday around 5pm. They were 2 carrot cakes, 1 cherry cheesecake and 1 puff pastry. The total came to $11.83 which I paid via credit card. When we went to eat dessert, the pastries were all stale and not appetizing. I filled out a complaint request on the website asking for my money back and I haven't heard anything back from Pastryland. It is obvious these pastries weren't baked on Saturday - they were obviously a few days old. They shouldn't be selling old pastries for full price. Me and my children have been using shoues of different makes and have never faced the problem of foul smell. We brought about 6 pairs of shoes and sandals. I purchased a spa package from them in Marck 2008. Package was good for a body care visit, hair care visit, skin care visit & nail care visit. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name. (They sent me an email receipt for $209.85 and called the order "pending" although they had taken my money. My order # 13734.. They prey on the elderly. This company contacted my 82 year old aunt, tried to talk her into changing her prescription drug coverage, and, after she refused, did it anyway.
