The new Herbal Essences bottles look great on the shelf, but their top-heavy design is easily knocked off the shower shelf, and the sharp-edged cap doesn't feel so great when it hits your foot. They should fire their designers! I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. My 15 year old daughter had got her first job at mcdonalds. They say they work around the kids schedule. That was a lie. They scheduled her to work a closing shift 2 to 3 times a week on a school night. She was told if she didn't work them she would be let go. So they let here go after working there a year. I went into SmartStyle Hair Salon which is located inside of Wal-Mart for a haircut which includes a shampoo for the price stated. I tried the free sample deal and did not read anything about being put on an autoshipment program, so needless to say I wasn't expecting to receive any further shipments or charges on my credit card, never the less I received another bottle of the hoodiaxs. A few months ago I purchased several pair of Levis 505 from Sears in Texas City for my husband. He has only worn them for a few months and after washings we started noticing holes and slices in material... like they were sliced with a razor blade and little holes as if they were shot with buckshot. We didnt think too much when this happened to the first pair (thinking maybe some chemical got on them or something) , but now two other pairs have had this happen to them. However instead of providing the CPR card they have been arguing about their customer service. If they had good customer service the card would have already been provided. You will get billed first from "Beachbody Fitness" for their shape up program, and then they say in 30 days after you will get another bill. well, the DAY AFTER the initial bill, I got more charges! And they changed their name from Beachbody to Million Dollar Body. First charge is $68.89, then day after is $29.90 then week and a half later another charge for $40.62 from Million Dollar Body!
