I have avoided fast food due to a cardio diet. However, I did have to eat when I spent hours at a shopping mall. I figured Chick Filet would have a salad 'safe' to eat. WARNING – Don’t buy anything from this company. I received my order from OnlyGolfApparel.com yesterday. I bought 3 pairs of Nike golf pants. The pants were tight in the thighs and legs, so I called them the next day to get a RA number to return them. They told me it would be a 35% re-stocking fee to send these back plus the shipping. D&S medical billing services in Laguna Niguel, CA. This organization billed me for a visit I made to an urgent care clinic. I responsibly mailed off a check upon receipt of my bill. I would like to complain about TD visa insurance that is a basic fraud. When I came to Canada about a year ago I purchased alone with my TD visa an insurance against loss of work or any other inability to pay my visa bill. This is a mini mart serving food that does'nt have a clue on food clean up they serve food that has been left out of the freezer all night. Bathroom door is left open at all times. They have no clue if the food they are cooking is cooked through. They do not clean there areas up with any type of cleaner not even bleach. This is a very high risk area for food poisoning. I saw Dr. Mirrafati in Febuary 2006. He did a Rystalyne and Radiesse injection in my lips and nasal folds. He told me the next time he would like to "build up my forehead" to get rid of the minor crease I had. I saw him for that specific purpose in October 2006. I Went to Doctor John Harlan in Missoula, Montana for a light resurfacing procedure around mouth area (peri-oral)on 04/2004. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on.
