My husband has a CitiFinancial loan. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. We were at the hospital for over 2 months and stayed current with them. After 7 long months of dealing with several people at BC/BS, I have come to the conclusion they are just about worthless as a provider anymore. It didn't use to be the case. Let me start tell my story. My wife gave birth to our son on 6/5/2008 through C-section in the Philippines. They advertise one rate and after you have purchased credit they charge you at a higher rate. They deliberately do not provide statements in order that you do not realize the charge rate. They make many promises that they do not keep. Even more worse news – their sales team pester you on a very regular basis to purchase more credit. Take note you will be disturbed at all times even if you have a large credit balance. I ended up paying £100 worth of credit which was charged at 3 times the rate they advertised (I was sucked into £100 when I only wanted to try them out with £10). I had ordered a research paper and requested to have it done in three days. I made the payment, which was deducted from my credit card on 04/23/09. I have yet to recieve my research paper. I am a college student that was inconvienced because my paper was not submitted to be rewieved by my professor. I was offered a deal to get FIO inertnet service from Verizon in September 2008 when I tried to cancel my DSL service from them. The guy over the phone told me that there was no activation fee, no contract to sign up. I would only need to pay $42.99/mo and receive $25/mo discount from my local phone bill. It turned out I had to pay $30 installation fee and there was a year contract. 6 months later, I recieved a message from Verizon, said that giving me $25 dollars each month was an error and no longer available. 2-3 hours phone... read full review »

I have a monthly subscription to this site. For the first few months, I am recieving updates. Then it suddenly stopped sending me updates starting February. However, this site (Eric Adamosky) continues to collect auto subscription payment via Paypal. I tried to contact anybody from this site from the email address of the website but I recieved no explaination. <br /> The subscription said it includes a "weekly newsletter featuring a general commentary...and overview of open positions and performance." Okay, ive bought two or three pairs of these $50 skull candy headphones. I dont wear them very much since I use my speakers at home most of the time. Each pair lasted about 4months before they were done. My brother has the same problem. I think i could just go to dollarama and find a better pair than these. I think its robbery for selling these crap quality headphones so expensive. I take really good care of my things so its not because of me. The connection went down over two weeks ago and FairPoint refuses to fix it. The bright spot is, I'm not alone, two different reps from FairPoint say a month is not uncommon and that FairPoint is in over their heads. According to them the system to address repairs is horrible. I think I'll just have the account shut down and go with satellite. Oh, I'd rather not say the business name for fear of future reprisals from UnFairPoint - never know when the phone lines will have some mystery problem. read full review »

I purchased magazines from a guy who came to my door. He was very charismatic and normally i wouldn't buy from anyone just coming to my home, but what can I say, the guy was good. I allege that this company is violating the provisions of the federal Telemarketing Consumer Protection Act. The company is using bobocalls to solicit purchase of health insurance products on telephone numbers properly registered with the federal do not call list. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to speak to a person so I could go through the proper steps outlined in the Act and to gather information to file a complaint. I called this company and asked for a quote on moving a junior 1 bedroom apartment and I was told it was $40/hour for 2 men and a truck. I made the booking for April 26, 2009 for 10am; The movers were 1 hour late and when they arrived they showed me a form and asked me to look it over and sign it. I noticed on the paper it said something about being charged if the movers had to go up and down stairs; I thought it was not relevent as i was already quoted a straight up price of $40/hour. I warn you if you are looking to get a website or logo design, do NOT go with LOGO CARE in Miami FL. I cancelled my membership on 4/27/09 but Blooms Rewards still charged by debit card the $9.95 fee. Having just lost my job and being a single mom of 3 kids I was cutting it really close in my bank account so them doing this caused my bank account to charge me an add'l $32 overdraft fee that I surely can't afford. My Sleep Innovations queen size mattress topper is 55" by 77". My queen size mattress is 60" by 80". Sleep Innovations sells two sizes, the smaller size I have and a 60" by 80". They claim the 55 by 77 is cut a little shorter for a better fit under sheets. How does being cut 5" shorter then my mattress help it fit better? I ordered Flowers for my mothers funeral on Saturday at 4:30 MDT. The Web site offered same day delivery of ordered before 6PM. They were not delivered. After calling and e-mailing, I got a call on Monday morning apologizing and a promise to deliver before 12:00 Noon on Monday. The sales agreement which they provided, and which I signed at the time of purchase, specifically stated that we were allowed 3 days in which to return the product. McLaughlin’s in Fargo, ND have kept in contact with us for the past year over the ski locker issue. They wanted to buy us ski racks that mount on each side of the boat; however, this does not suit our purposes. We tube, ski and stop to jump off of the side of the boat. We could not safely jump off the side of the boat with the skis mounted there. In May of 2008 1&1 somehow ended up changing the critical permissions on a number of files and directories within my web space. All files in my webspace reverted to basic read only permssions. This caused mission critical database applications to malfunction. I contacted 1&1 after being made aware of the problem within roughly 6 hours of the problem occurring.
