Long story short, Suntek Pools and Spas installed my in-ground swimming pool with complete disregard for the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and the National Electric Code (NEC). In other words, they installed the pool too close to overhead power lines. I am now potentially facing an additional $10, 000 to rectify the situation (i.e., move the pool (!) or raise the power lines). I place and order for a voltage converter at 11 pm at night, the next morning when they opened I call three times to cancel the order and get no one on the phone so I leave a message to call me about an order I want to cancel. Two days later I get the package and they refuse to reimburse my card for the full mount plus I have to pay to have it shipped back. They drop the ball and then it's my problem. I bought a bio diesel processor machine from Mr. Paul Davis sweet home biofuel. It ended up having a lot of problems. It broke down on me about 4 times I was able to make about 120 gallons from the machine. Placed internet order for a customer. After 5 days I emailed the company inquiring about delivery. They emailed a self generated UPS tracking number that did not result in delivery. Contacted them to run a trace and they responded they show the order delivered and once a shipment leaves their warehouse, they have no more responsibility for it. In early November, having mislaid my cell phone while traveling, I made four VISA credit card calls of about 1 1/2 minutes each at a Chicago Union Station payphone that had no notice as to fees. This is a telecommunication company that I use to call philippines. To use their services you have to give them your credit card number and they charge you right away for whatever amount you want for you to call phil example $20 for a certain minutes. The problem is when you call philippines they charge you even if you havent spoken to anybody. So lets just say you called 3 times and you havent spoken to anybody ( didnt even hear the phone ring) they start to charge you already.
