I have tried for a couple of days to cancel service, do to the fact that it will not work on my phone line any more. Attempts to cancel via their home page was a hassel and after hours of trying to fill out the information required... once I clicked on "cancel service" they would boot me off the site everytime. I purchased a medication online from phdparmacy.com and what they sent me were counterfeit pills. I paid 295.00!! First they gave me a bogus tracking number. Then when the pills came they showed up in the mailbox when they are supposed to be signed for. They were packaged very unprofessionally. I booked a 3 star rating hotel in Overland Park, KS, expecting to receive a moderate class hotel. Instead I received the economy hotel of Drury (PEAR TREE INN) a 2 star property. After calls with Hotwire all they did was read to me comments from guest that stayed there. Hotwire rated the property as a 3 star and would not change their stand. Was recently looking for a carpet cleaning service in my local ad pages. 2 came up, 1 offered 7 rooms carpet shampooed and deep cleaned For 189.00. I only needed 4 rooms cleaned and decided to instead go with MER who said there prices would be better. I wish i could say that you get what you pay for but that would have been welcome. My wife took my son to Great Clips one day after his getting a back cut from the Asst Mangr. The Asst Mangr actually called my son a liar about him not wanting the bad hairstyle(it was a horrible chopped cut). This is regarding the HP office bus, route number HP ST SD ROUTE 23, Vehicle number KA01C8043. The driver was completely drunk in the morning at about 8.40 A.M and the bus was boarded with HP employees and then at Bellandur junction hit our car in which me, my son ( 3 years) and my husband were in. None of the customer service representatives that I have spoken with are consistent with their knowledge of how this service works. I feel like I was penalized (and actually I was) for making a payment before it was due. When I first subscribed to this company, I asked for all the details as to how this service worked. I went online at kmartfeedback.com to complete your survey. While I'm doing the survey several ads came up asking for personal information. Before I realized what they were, they had my phone number and other personal information. I would not have given them that information had I known, because I thought the questions were for your survey. Since then I have gotten 4 phone calls concerning one of those ads and I'm not happy. I called to report trouble with my digital channels (we were not receiving them) and they found that they had mistakingly not charged us for certain channels. Now that the service rep realized this, she said they would now either take away my children's favorite channels or charge us an additional fee. We already pay $50 per month for cable with nothing fancy. The new bill would be $80 per month. No way! I ended up cancelling our digital plus.
