I was a patient in Barrow Regional for three days, which landed me with a $14, 000.00 bill. As I am on Medicare, they paid all but $900.00 within one month of the billing. I have a 15" sharp aquos LCD Tv that I was using with ear plugs when working out. I began getting electric shocks in my ear. After four phone calls to sharp, and talking to four representatives they finally agreed this was dangerous and sent me a new 19:" TV (I returned the old one to them but never heard from them about it). The Moorings provided a horribly sub-standard yacht (51.5 foot sloop) for my sailing vacation. After informing their fleet management of several serious defects onboard the boat nothing was done to correct these defects; the Moorings also refused to provide a different boat. This Charter Yacht company promotes itself as the best in the business, but my experience reflected a poorly run company that was largely indifferent to my charter needs, or my safety. I am a new subscriber of AL Shamil Network. I applied on 3rd Sept 20o8 and on 4th or 5th I got a call saying that the technician would be visiting me. The technician came on 6th and installed te modem and the network was available till Sunday the next day till 11 am after which it dissapeared. They have a customer care no 101 which is of no use to the customers because they are unable to solve anything. Their system shows that the tecnician has been handed the modem and is not updated. I signed up for Traveler's Advantage offered by Wells Fargo. The first month was free and as a bonus they would give me a video camcorder/digital camera. I have never received any info that I even signed up. Not even a simple confirmation letter with an account number. It's now 4+ months and I've gotten nothing! Cellhut advertise as if they are selling new equipment. In reality, they sell poorly refurbished phones. The phone I purchased still had the contact list from the prior owner. That one was so badly corroded I returned it immediately, only to have it replace with another piece of junk. Paint peeling, display falling off. Time: around 9.45 AM The driver was a careless driving monster who took a sudden right turn almost crushing me between the bus and road divider. I am outraged regarding the auditions that have taken place regarding the x factor. I have not received either card as of Friday, September 5, but the charges of $29.90 for each card has been added to my discover card. I have not received my Consignment #12019819943. The Blue Dart Call Centre is telling me that it is delivered to some unknown person. I have taken off from work today and waiting at home specifically to receive the consignment as I need it as fast as possible due to some urgency. I bought my Brinkmann Grand Gourmet 4415 3 years ago. The igniter quit after about 18 months. Lately the grill started to flare up when I lit it manually - not from grease but from some internal problem. There is a great deal of rust inside, even though I keep it covered. Prudential Life Insurance is holding HOSTAGE proceeds from 2 life insurance policies my father paid on 50 years before he died in June 2008. They moved us from Dallas to Alpine, promising all sorts of services - but delivered on none of the promises. They destroyed an expensive Sony 60" television set and are refusing to replace it.
