I have been using broadband of bsnl since oct 2006, since then I am facing problems regarding connectivity. It disconnects every 15 days and I am not able to deliver the work on time to my clients. It's last past month that my connection is not working at all and on several complaints I am not able to get the assistance. Also, the concerned person, Mr. Rathore, mobile no. 0129-2000870 asks me to pay 250 and he will do the work for it. What should I do in this case? Advise smb! read full review »

Airtel PCO connection

I do not have any outstanding on my PCO connection. The line is disconnected for non-payment. When i call customer care, i am told it is a error due to a mistake from their billing dept. This is not the first time this is happening. I register a complaint but without any action. This speaks of the poor quality of service provided by one of the subscribers claiming top rankings in the industry. I ordered gold, the delivery person called me everyday to get on. when i get on they say ooh we don't have it sorry... would you like to buy more? Answered no and they reply yeah we definitely don't have any stock. They call and tell me they have it multiple times. Then i leave town for a few weeks and come back. Get on live chat and then they say that they already delivered it. They will not give a refund. They refuse to look into it. Horrible business! read full review »

Advertises "High-speed, low-latency, gaming compatible, comparable to cable" speeds and has major lag and customer service issues. Waiting on the phone for 15-30 minutes (wonder why?) only to listen to some tech give you a novel of excuses about why you aren't getting better service. My favorite was one of the managers that told me "I am not responsible for how they advertise, we don't provide low latency service". I ordered this from a TV ad on 5/15/08 which stated that you had 30 days to use it before being charged. I was charged immediately in the amount of $47.90. I finally received the Magic Jack and it does not work on my computer. There is not a telephone number for the company with the package nor is there one provided on their website. I really should have thought twice about going with a Rogers bundle. 12 agents later, and I'm still angry and frustrated about their incompetence, and lack of home phone. It has now been 9 days since I have been without a home phone. I run a small business from my home, and have lost revenue for a solid 9 days! The company, No More Mortgage is unfortunately, similar to others that you may here on the mainstream radio. They will advertise their free information with the exception of shipping and handling. They will give you a time period in which to evaluate the product before you are charged the full product price. When you call to inquire about the product you will no doubt here about all the benefits, and how they help reduce the tide of consumer debt. I hired this moving company in April. We negotiated a price and I understood that it would be a 3hr minimum (1hr was for drive time, gas, etc., while the other 2 hrs would be moving time). I agreed to the terms since it was just a 2 bedrm townhome that was being moved and the distance between the two places was maybe half a mile. Movers arrived at 11am. They moved items into the truck. It has been my experience just now not to purchase the extended warranty from Sears when it comes to exercise equipment. We purchased a NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 on March 11, 2008. We now need warranty repair. After calling Sears, they told me that I needed to contact Universal Technical Services, who offers the extended warranty through Sears. Yes, You certainly pay for what you get. On Saturday past I went to get my hair cut at smart style in the walmart. I advised the hair dresser of what I wanted. Apparently, she did not have very good listening skills. She had cut my hair about 2 inches shorter on one side, cut gaps out, the back of my hair is on an angle, also long peices of hair hanging down. The connection taken is the second connection taken from the service provider Airtel (An Bharti Group). All the formalities were completed by the sales person visited in one go. All charges were also paid in cash and given the receipt for that. Later the address verification was also done by company's agency and they have also taken copies of the address proof. Somehow I have now understood the unscrupulous behavior of this Company which appears to me as a bunch of crooks and swindlers. When I saw the Armadillo I said "that's the hose for me". It arrived in about 5 days, and I immediately hooked it up to my pool. I went inside to get a glass of water and when I came out, the hose was leaking everywhere. I immediately called the manufacturer and left a message (believe me - every time you call, you will only be able to leave a message, no one ever answers the phone). I ordered a sample bottle of this product for the cost of shipping & handling. There was no further mention of their automatically sending future shipments. I am a Diabetic and take 8 prescription medications for various health problems. The bottle states that the product should not be used if you have any diseases or take any medications. Stay away from Starband. The service the offer is not worth the price they charge. I've had the service for 5 years and now that they use the "FAP" Fair Access Policy the service is worse than before. They have over sold their bandwidth and have saturated the transponder. Like the other satellite ISP's the FAP is worthless. A gig a week is nothing. I had to rebuild a PC and after downloading all MS updates, my service was turned off. I've had it and I am moving on to another NON satellite provider next week. Bottom line, dial up is better than Starband! read full review »

From Last two weeks we have been after franchise of Sify to reactivate our account, inspite of that he is not responding, even he is not attending the phone calls, its really pathetic situation for us, because I stay at Dubai and at least once in day I have to make ISD call for this follow-up. We have tried to make complaints through call center, but we have been told to contact Sify franchise. I was really surprise looking at the attitude of company and their response and simply ignorance towards customer complaints. I am Post paid customer of Tata Indicom Mobile, I had activated "Do not Disturb" on my mobile (Since Dec 2007). I keep getting calls from lady explaining Tata Indicom Promotional calls after every 4 days. When I tell her that I have activated DND on my mobile, she starts misbehaving. Since Bell Canada Sympatico could not provide me in my rural area with high speed internet service as the CRTC mandated them to do I jumped at the first chance to sign up with a new company that could. using radio tower technology. I got it up and running and phoned Sympatico to cancel my ancient slow dial up service. They informed me that it would take a month...
