ON my phone bill, there was a charge of 24.95 for services I did not order. I called the company and explained this to them. Somehow they had my e-mail address and said I was responsible for the charge for 2 months. No! I am not paying this charge. I never went to their website. Do not order from this company. I paid extra for priority shipping on a costume - which is 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks and they are telling me today that it's just been shipped. They told me for 3 days straight it was shipped that day - they are liars and I believe they try to rip you off and unless you call everyday and keep on them, you will never see your order. I have had a pathetic experience with Agarwal movers and packers. They were very polite initially to get my business. But once I gave them the contract to move my household items, the problems started. Orbit telecom added me on my phone bill WITHOUT my permission, using my personal information, I couldn’t get a hold of them and eventually had to get my phone company to remove it! Any suggestions? Who do I contact about this? They got away with this for 3 months, how does this happen? I had recharged my data-card no.9373393274 for unlimited plan at Rs.1500/-. My net was terminated after just 3 days. We got our pictures taken at this Picture Me Portrait studio in Walmart. They took the pictures and showed us a small blurred section of the photo and we had to decide whether or not we wanted to keep the photo. When we got the photos in person, I noticed that they were out of focus and our family photo was not centered on the page. Worst customer service I have ever experience. From dealing with an incompetent service person to a very rude customer services manager. I bought a power washer from Canadian tire last year, used it once last year, stored it in a heated shop and went to use it this year and the wand had a bad leak. I thought I could fix it and took the wand apart to fix, there was as far as I could see no reason for it to leak, except it was from tire.
