Bought a grill from Sears two years ago (model #415.16220. The bottom casting has begun to warp. It is bowing out slightly at the front end of the casting. As a result of the warped bottom casting, the vaporizer tents which diffuses the flames no longer fit on the inside of the grill. The warranty states that the top and bottom castings have a lifetime warranty. After speaking to three customer service reps and getting the runaround, they are not honoring their own warranty. I purchased an expensive patio set that was manufactured with a flaw and failed prematurely. The store told me I should take the furniture into the house when it rains and when it gets cold. The tubular frame filled with water from rain, froze and burst. The customer service was non-responsive and finally called with the above inane response. So my gas dryer had no heat on 6/5/2008 and I called Allen & Sons Appliance Repair in Canoga Park, California and was told they could come look at it for free and if I didn't want them to fix it, the charge would only be $29.99. Here is the catch, if you decide not to have them fix it, they will not tell you what is wrong with your appliance. So needing my dryer repaired in a hurry I had them fix it. I just got my first bill from Myiproducts imail and I didn't order this product. It came on my AT&T bill and I work for AT&T. I have seen a lot of this where I work and I don't agree with it. I would greatly appreciate it if this company would quit cramming our customers. I could not believe that COX Cable is actually charging customers $29.00 to decrease services. I am not asking for more service, but decreasing service! To whom it may concern, I usually use mitchum once the wheather starts to warm up. So as usual I bought it a few weeks ago the new smart solid papaya scent and started breaking out in a rash under my arm. I switched to a different scent thinking it was the papaya. It wasn't the scent at all it was the product itself I now have a full body rash from my neck down to my ankles. I had to get steriod shots. On October 4, 2007 I purchased a Craftsman Lawnmower from Sears/Oxmoor Center. This was a returned and refurbished mower but I was assured by the sales person that the quality and warranties were the same as a new mower. I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. Because the mowing season was over when I made the purchase I had no occasion to use the mower until the spring of 2008 by which time the 90 day return policy had expired. I had switched my broadband plan from 512 kbps to 1Mbps. Right from day one I was not able to connect to the speed which I am supposed to. I get connected to the speed of 650-750 kbps. I had called their customer service multiple times (More than 30 times literally) still this issue has not been solved. I ordered flowers through ProFlowers to be delivered that evening with a shipping charge of about 20.00. I get a call the next day saying the flowers were never delivered; they would send a letter apologizing along with an upgrade. The next day I call to try to get a refund for the same day shipping I paid for. I found the flowers were never delivered because the florist needs gas money? They told me they would give me 10 percent back? Horrible Service- This was for a women who just lost her husband; so sad. I warn anyone who needs flowers to actually arrive! Mr. Rubino does not respond to requests for service once he has your money. Paperwork advertises Lifetime warranty on materials and 5 years on labor. Do not believe this. Extremely poor workmanship and once he has all of your money, and you need service on the product he intalled, forget it, he will not call you back. His bathroom products were installed incorrectly, this caused flooding/damage to the ceiling underneath the bathroom, Mr. Rubino from PERFECT BATH AND SHOWER in NJ never called me back to correct this. read full review »

I got a Vonage phone in 2/2008. I was not told that it would be a monthly trial period. I thought that if you signed up it was just like any other phone. Well I had lots of problems with the service. No one could ever hear me. The service was so choppy and I was trying to work from home. In May, I switched to my cable company for a phone. Vonage charged me $114.89 for my last month bill. Their contract states that "UNDER THE LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT DUE AND UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES TO OBTAIN A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE TIME CHARGE" I signed a contract on 4/23/2008 6:00PM and wanted to cancel my contract on 4/23/2008 8:00PM but they are not paying any refund. Contracted for Gutters for Less to remove downs puts and gutters. They came charged me 1/3 and only removed gutters. They left the downspouts as well as pieces of metal in the yard. In the first month of having a new phone number, Zoom-i-Net hit me with 4 fraudulent charges for a long-distance service I did not order.
