At the urging of Arlington County Police, my wife signed-up with "free 30 day credit card reports" as my son's i.d. had been stolen. I bought a SONY Blue Ray Disc Player from IEI (Interstate Electronics Inc) in Hazlet. The box was supposed to contain a one Spider Man disc, but it did not. I called IEI, and they gave me SONY 800 number. When I went through 4 numbers from one to the other to find out there is no way you can find who you can talk to within SONY who can rectify the problem. The next day I discovered that Click n Ship had charged me for 17 labels! Since I was using my ATM card to pay, it about wiped out my checking account. Well, I'm yet one more person who has been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty. I bought my contract in May of 2006 for $2,200. This October, after making payments of $1500, I tried to put in my first and only claim of $603 to get my car repaired. Dell uses DHL shipping company to send electronics when purchased online. I purchased a very expensive piece of electronics and it was shipped by DHL out of California. I used the ability to track shipment online and saw they would attempt delivery on the 13th which is the day I was out of state on business.
