I went into the KMart store on December 26, and the return line and the two register lines were somewhat busy. I went up to the service desk twice (waiting approximately 20-30 minutes each time) to ask for assistance in the Christmas trees. I've purchased 3 electric "warming" blankets since January or February of this year. I have listed them above. Honestly, none of them worked over six weeks (if that long). Once I got them up to a good, high heat...they freaked out & basically just quit. Bought ASR 700 Illiptical machine in Sears store in Wichita, Ks. on Dec. 1st. They were to have been delivered to Garden City Sears store on Dec. 5th. It did not get there unti Dec. 14. While trying to put it together I am missing parts and have parts that do not go with machine. I have ordered parts that I know for sure I am missing at present time but will not know until I get further along what else is missing as nothing now is numbered or lettered. My dish went out and I had to wait a week for an appt. The appt is form 12 to 4. I get a call at 859 am that they want to come in. When I tell them I have at 12-4 appt they say I had two appts. I stored my belongings with University Storage in Tampa when I went to live in China in 2002. They were bought out by Public Storage. A telemarketing person called me stating that India calling is available at 4 cents a minute. I signed up for that. After a month I got a bill showing connection fee of 39 cents for each call. I called them and the customer service person stated that they have 2 plans: one without connection fee which is 7 cents and other with connection fee + 4 cents. I have been with Verizon since 1999. When It started out, it was fine. Two, three years later it wasn't fine, but was usable. However, in the last six months, their service and customer service (I use the term very loosely) has deteriorated to such a point that I sometimes long for dial-up. Ordered powerlevelling service from these guys, only 10 levels to grind out for me. After 4 days still hadn't completed the order.
