I ordered a trial of tooth whitner. It was to be sent in three days. It didnot come for 2 weeks and I returned it and told them to cancel any further orders. In stead they have sent this product every month and charged my discover card with 44.90 each mo. I disputed it on my card and they only refunded part of one month. I tried to terminate my Sprint contract, because Sprint could no longer connect to Cogent's network due to a peering dispute. I could not get to my work Website. Sprint did not send a warning that this was going to happen or even an apology. Because I had to get to my work Website, I had to find another carrier. Because Sprint made a unilateral decision to cut off communications with a large part of the Internet, it should have to pay for the pain that it caused its customers. I got numerous calls and the timeshares person says 'that place is useless b/c theyre the ones making money by selling your numbers." Shocked, I got a hold of someone about the do not call list. The Chamber of Commerce of Stephenville does not recoginize them and is flooding with complaints from customers.
