Privacy.com has fraudulently obtained access to many peoples accounts. This is a crime. Please contact the FBI internet crime department as they need a large base of consumers to aggressively pursue. A file has already been started. Do not just complain, get them stopped. They obtain the info from classmates.com and take money from accounts which have not signed up for the service. Encourage people to file a complaint it is very simple and unobtrusive. They will get your money back if you can not but it will take a while. Verizon One Bill is nothing but problems. We had a one bill but told them we wanted Verizon wireless and internet services sent on two separate bills. Ever since then they keep saying we owe $233.00 for the internet, but in fact this was a charge for wireless, which we have paid to date. Beware of this outfit. They are a lead generating organization, or that's what they claim. They offered me Real Estate Leads, that were "Ready Willing and Able" buyers and sellers. Unbelievably, I discovered that my Wachovia bank account was being charged $19.95 per month by Best Benefits. I immediately went into the bank and stopped the charges, and had them call the 800 number to find out what was going on. My recent experience with The Source is this; I went in on Wednesday (March 2) and wanted to see if they had a Wii Sensor Bar, as mine had broke. I have been trying to stop Newsmax Health from invading my email daily for over a month now to no avail. Their unsubscribe all function is ignored and I have no way to contact them. I may have to change my email address. I find some of their info is good, but it is all connected to fraudulent products. I have hit the unssubscribe button multiple times and even tried to reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject box. I needed a phone number. PhoneAgent runs an internet service promising a search for $1.00 with a guarantee to refund the $1.00 if they do not have the information. This turns out to be a credit for another search. Company had salesman come out & claim he was selling a water purification system & did tests to show the purified water. After the fact, we found out it was a water softener not a water purification system. The salesman even agreed to rent our cottage just to try to get the sale. They are contracted by overseas moving companies and once they have your goods always add extra exorbitant charges . If you refuse to pay, they hold your goods ransom charging per day storage until you pay. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I have asked the person to stop calling and when I do they just hang up. Then a couple of days ago I got a letter from them attempting to collect on a time barred debt. We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged.
