In August, AAA recommended the Occidental Hotel in Cozumel Mexico. Upon arrival, the room had a broken air conditioner, ants in the entire room, bedcomforter, walls, headboard, etc. After complaining, finally got a new room, room smelled of mildrew from leak in bathroom.
