We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. I would simply like to advise that coast to coast tickets raises the price of tickets by a great amount. $35 tickets were posted as being $91. In addition to that they had a shipping fee of about $30 on EACH of the tickets. Send me an envelope please, these are paper tickets for goodness sake. This may not be incredibly wrong, but with out doubt they are not oriented to providing you with the best possible deals and I advise you to look elsewhere as they are undoubtedly taking advantage. We realized this was some distance from the airport and called the hotel to confirm the location. We asked if they offered shuttle service to the airport since we were departing the next morning. They did not. We were told we would have to either take a $30 taxi ride or use an airport shuttle service which cost about $18 each for the two of us. I checked in online and didnt checked any luggage in as I had only my small cabinsize trolley with my laptop, medication, some clothes, altogether 7 kgs (weight allowance 10 kgs). We purchased trip delay insurance from travel guard prior to our trip to Rome. We arrived at the airport on 12/24 and due to very very bad weather in Amsterdamn, we we not allowed to travel. We had to spend the night in Seattle and incur hotel bills, cabs, and phone expenses. We also had a pre-paid room in Rome that was non refundable. Here's a real overpriced dump in Rockley, Barbados Island, Wife and I, went to Bridgetown Barbados, West Indies and was practically treated like we were invisible by the Blue Horizon Hotel on Rockley Beach.
