I’m glad Barclays Bank can afford to outsource their bank / customer service needs to another other country. Janet Barnes is a liar and a thief!!! She currently owns and operates a company with her husband called Zonder. They sell fake vacation packages! Half the time they let you find out you are staying at a different hotel when you get to your destination. I dont know ho w some people can live with themselves knowing they are ruining peoples vacations and taking there hard earned money. And to know that she is a LDS member that promotes her business whithin the church, they should excommunicate her for all of the fraud she has committed! Recently I have decided to visit abroad for each i approached orbitz through one of my neighbour. The representative Ajay though he couldnt give me enough details about the package was very curious in getting me pulled in. I am asked to pay 50, 000 as advance. Unfortunately my VISA got cancelled and i had to cancel my tour package well before 3 days. These people charged me as 35000/- as cancellation fees. I got a call from them on cell phone. First I heard like a cash register sound and a message that I was the winner of a prize. All I needed to do to claim it was to press #1. Then I heard the voice of a woman congratulating me for winning three vacations and $1, 000 to spend. So far so good. I tried to book 2 separate vacation packages through Save on Resorts. They advertized them for $399.00 per couple. After I gave them a credit card, they came back and told me that they could not book us (2 separate couples) for that price. Basic lesson learnt during driver training is 1. Dont drink & drive & 2. Reduce speed when Speed breaker or bumper ahead. But this was ignored by the driver driving PAULO Sleeper volvo which started at 7p.m. on december 11, 2010. I was suspicious of qantas valet service in sydney the past couple of times I travelled. In this case I purposely left a particular amount of money in my coin compartment. On returning from my trip I discovered some of the money missing. I confronted qantas valet immediatly prior to leaving the drive way. they apoligised and promised to "look into it" for me. HaramTours is one of 4 companies operating under one name. Along with Airlink, Metro travel and Manara Travel, all 4 companies operate under Manara travel. Most expensive cruise ($4, 300.00 for 2 people-balcony room) - 7 days around the Hawaiian Islands, airfare not included. Bad food, bad entertainment, toilets plugged up, no hot shower water, had to leave ship each day in order to enjoy honeymoon vacation. Swimming pool on ship was colder than ocean water at all times (never seen anybody use during entire trip). Cost an additional $4, 000.00 to eat, drink and have a view instead of a loading dock at each port. Talked to many people onboard, all said the same, worst cruise ever taken. Delta is aweful! For 2 months I tryed to get seats together for me and my 6 year old daughter and they still put her away from me on a 5 hour flight! I tryed to get seated with her at every airport on the way to my destination and on the way home for this one flight we were seperated and KNOW ONE would help us! Delta has now lost all our business. *****Bookit.com charges you more for the room than they pay The Mirage. The taxes and service fees are basically service fees you are paying Bookit.com. You will still be charged a resort fee per night upon arrival. We paid $119 for our room plus $18 in tax and fees to total $137 through bookit.com but The Mirage showed that we only paid $117.00 per night plus we had to pay them $16.80 for resort fees so we really paid $153 for our room. Boy talk about smooth selling people. They should be called the surprise people. They advertise a cruise that includes airfare, then they surprise you with flight tax charges plus they add airfare booking fees. Then they add more "surprises" pre/post tour package and then the pre/post tour package & pre/post meal package the above amounted to over $1000. 2 nights in a hotel for $658, wow. The sad part is that they present a LDS image then slam you with charges. I canceled within 60 days for a trip still a year away and they charged us $1200. Never and never again, don't use them.
