Waxed my car and left it in my garage prior to trip to Chicago. W Hotel valet parked car for me (only time it was out of my sight) and when I got home it dent in the driver side passenger door. I have been traveling in the VRL buses from quite some time... But the service is degrading day by day... The Buses are full of bedbugs, very unhygenic, and the interiors of the bus are hardly maintained... People are allowed to smoke in the buses... ... Do not attend a presentation at the Belaire in Puerto Vallarta. They make amazing promises that are all lies. Do not buy in!!! We were just there at the request of friends who bought in 4 years ago and have gotten nothing for their $25, 000. I advise to never use onetravel.com I used their site to book 6 tickets to Puerto Rico. While I was in the process of purchasing tickets, everything was fine and the site said that I was buying 6 tickets and they even asked for all 6 names and birthdays. At the airplane entrance, senior crew member Koko Mungani, requested that my carry on bag should be checked in despite the fact that the bag was well within the allowed size limit (115cm sum of all dimensions).
