I stayed in this hotel for a girl i day and evening, in the evening I ordered drinks from the bar and was refused service as the bar closed at 2am this was at 1.50 however the excuse was "im cashing up" I complained. First of the the guy had hearing problems and the phone call was so loud that my ears were throbbing. I had ask for termination of membership last Nov 09and i was given by this company a termination letter dated 30Nov 2009 and had been advise in 6-8 weeks the payment will be charge back to my banks in 8weeks time i had follow up on the payment but there was no notification made to my bank by this GMC, i went to SCT file a case and i was given a court order that this GMC should return back the full amount to me. I recently few back from Puerto Vallarta on Aero Mexico with a stop to change planes in Mexico City. When my suitcase arrived on the carrousel in Toronto, it had split open and had been stuffed into a clear plastic bag. There was nothing wrong with my suitcase – a high end hard sided clamshell by Samsonite - when I checked in so I filled a Baggage Claim with Aero Mexico there and then at the Airport. We went to dinner this restaurant at the W in Hollywood and totally over paid for some mediocre steaks and drinks. After we tried to go to the hotel bar for a drink when we were stopped from entering from the restaurant. I am a local Kamloops resident and was trying to visit a friend who was staying at this Motor Inn.
