Relax Inn is the worst place to stay at. Their service is the worst, their sheets are even dirty. They have phones in the rooms which don't even work, so why have them in there. I had an emergency that was related to my daughter and i really needed to use the phone, but the phone in my room didn't work. Timeshare by Owners sought me in selling my timeshare. I did not contact them. The salesperson for Timeshare by Owners stated that there was a 96% sales of timeshares within 90 days of listing the property. The ad that represented my property was inaccurate for the property, selling prices. I have not received any offers through Timeshares by Owners in 10 months. I hired a car from them in April 10 to go to my young cousins funeral who passed away leaving a wife and two young kids. I hired a car for the day and brought it back without a scratch or anything else wrong with it which they have agreed. They took a deposit of £900 in case of damage off my card and no matter what i have tried they wont give it back. I had been talked into selling my timeshare at Westgate Vacation Villas by Ashley Schaeffer (Cell: 817-984-9255) who advised me that at no risk whatsoever, they would sell my timeshare, as they had a buyer. I booked an e-ticket on expedia for my father. He was to travel from Michigan to Arizona to visit my family and I. When I checked back with expedia to see if the ticket had been confirmed, there was a note on my account that said there were no longer seats available on that flight. 12/6/09 two of us flew to Oaxaca Mexico on US Airways and then onto Mexicana. We each had 2 pieces of luggage, we boarded mexicana with no problems. 12/17/09 we are leaving Oaxaca Mexico to Mexico city and while at desk in Oaxaca we are advised we owe 1000.00 in fees, if we do not pay we do nto go. the only other comment was you should have checked the rules? the fact that we flew down on mexicana had no impact on this ticket agent. Tis is an add on to my earlier complaint. I forgot to mention that this company also applied for a credit card in my name. When I spoke with the sales rep when receiving my notice on this she said that I wasn't suppose to get that and that it was a technical error. Certainly this must be against the law. On Dec. 9, 2009, I paid this company, World Wide Marketing $3697 on the understanding that they, namely the salesman, Steve Bradley, had a buyer lined up to pay a good price for my timeshare. I was told that they had a down payment of $5000 and that the closing was scheduled for 1/20/2010. What a fool I was. I had a advance (confirmed) booking on PVG Transline from Mumbai to Belgaum through Ratna Travels Sarvodaynagar Goregaon-Mumbai-East. But on the day of departure (29/01/2010) during boarding I was told there is no booking on my name and now the seat is been reserved for a passenger who will be boarding at next stop. Then after arguments they agreed to have me on board but the seat given was at the last row. The agency attitude and the way this was discussed was absurd. I am currently staying at Residence Inn Marriott, Bellevue, Seattle. I was deeply taken back, when I returned to my room today, and found that my bags were opened, all the contents of which were re-packaged in another plastic bag. Reason: The cleaning crew were spraying insecticides, and fumigating the rooms. They should have intimated the residents, of the cleaning event, well in advance. Not only did they do this, but also took liberty of opening the customer baggage. They have violated their code of conduct, and have truly portrayed their unprofessional behavior. They took over management of our timeshare last year. We normally pay $700 per year in maintenance for a 2 bedroom condo for one week out of the year. It is a deeded condo that is supposed to have the yearly maintenance raise limited to a very small percent per year. They are trying to push through a special assessment of $964 for upkeep that is supposed to be paid for out of our maintenance. Cheapoair has the worst customer service agents ever. No one speaks correct english or understand the basic knowledge of taking a reservation. They over charged me for booking the reservation in the amount of $1360.20, which it shold have been $864.80. I've called multiple times and no one answers. Last Xmas we had planned a holiday in South East Asia using exclusively AirAsia, however my wife was diagnosed with a breast cancer and quickly avalanched into 2 surgeries, chemo and radiation treatments. I followed all AirASia procedure in notification and claim, I find AirAsia customer service pretty good.
