My husband and I got married and stayed at Honeymoon Hills 3 years ago. We returned for our anniversary and we had no hot water. They came to fix it the next morning. I have been ripped off. Even after I cancelled any membership or trial offer. I quick called and the representative assured me I would be removed from the membership. i flew with Air Asia in November and December 2008 between Perth and Kuala Lumpur. On December 21 2008 i flew with my mother from Kuala Lumpur to return to Perth. We pre booked our food online and found that the food was awful. To make things worst, we had stomach upset when we got home. My wife flew in on January 1st 2009 with the same airline and experienced the same problems. Something needs to be done to stop this. Small children can really fall ill someday. I booked through Orbitz. Paid in advance and got details of charges. Stay there once or twice a year and previously have had no problems. Recently on checkout noticed a daily parking fee fo $15 charged to my bill. All efforts to get this removed failed. it wassnot on the chargge when booked nor any mention of it in details from Orbitz. Feb 9, 2009 Two US Marines (with tickets) to SC for training were left behind in NJ after the bus they were schedulied to take to SC left the station almost 2 (two) hours early. No employies in the terminal knew why the bus left early.The marines were told they would have to make it to DC to catch the bus that left early, this was unrealistic and after enduring hours of negotating the very rude employies the marines with the help of the terminal manager were redirected to NY then to their final destination in SC.
