Tried to make reservations to stay there. Bad phone and fax numbers listed on their website. Email address bounced emails back to me. When I finally got through to them, the owners were stunningly rude. It's rare to find people so unpleasant who run a campground, since camping is all about family, friendliness and having fun. But, there are always a few bad apples, and this is definitely one of them. We chose to stay elsewhere and will not consider this campground in the future. read full review »

I was told my ship would depart Ft. Everglades on Dec. 6th-Dec. 8th sailing to Nassau, Bahamas. WARNING -- do not consider this vacation option. We purchased <4 yrs ago and the fees have tripled. It would be cheaper for us to pay for a 5 star hotel ourselves then maintain this purchase. I booked an international ticket with them and they booked me on an airline with only one plane! Well that one overworked plane never even showed up and I was stranded in Trinidad and left with no other option I had to take a 13 hr flight back to the US thru Canada for $1300.
